Couples interested in receiving the sacrament of marriage at Nativity should first contact Peter to schedule premarital preparation.  Couples living outside Greenwood must make arrangements for premarital preparation either with a licensed counselor or with their local priest.

Wedding ceremonies at Nativity come from The Book of Common Prayer, and are scheduled and planned in consultation with Nativity’s clergy.

At least one of the couple must be a baptized Christian. The first preference is that at least one, if not both, parties be active members of Nativity. Couples who are not members of the Church of Nativity may have their weddings here, provided that they can show evidence of active membership in another Christian congregation, and sufficient reason why Nativity would be a preferable venue for the wedding rather than their normal place of worship.
