We need additional Godly Play leaders. There is an upcoming Godly Play Core Training opportunity in Hattiesburg, MS (the closest one offered) from Friday, March 3 - Sunday, March 5. Core Training is essential for all storytellers and doorpersons in the Godly Play room. The Church will cover the cost of the training session. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Cindy in the office at 662-453-7786 if you would like to attend. 

This training will be a retreat-style Core Training. To support each member of the circle, you are required to be present for the entire training. A Godly Play Foundation participation certificate will be awarded upon completion of training. To make your in-person training experience as rich as possible, please read the book Teaching Godly Play: How to Mentor the Spiritual Development of Children by Jerome W. Berryman and complete the written pre-training exercise. Completion of this assignment is required for Core Training certification.
