A renovation and expansion of our church buildings in 2008 has made us stewards of an incredible resource, namely, a large and beautiful physical plant in the heart of downtown Greenwood. While our buildings and grounds regularly host church gatherings, we also encourage non-profits and other groups working to promote a greater Greenwood to inquire about the use of our space. Private events and parties are also welcome for a fee. Each group must abide by the Facility Use Agreement approved by the Vestry of Nativity Church.
Things to know about our Facility Use Agreement:
- Permission by the Rector and a deposit are required to reserve the space
- Set-up and clean-up is the responsibility of the group using the facility
- Dishes, flatware, cookware, and linens belonging to the church are not available for use
- Alcohol may be served at events, provided that each group complies with the Alcoholic Beverages Policy of the Episcopal Diocese of Mississippi.
